Service Agreement

By engaging our wedding planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Initial consultation is complimentary
50% deposit required to secure our services
Final payment due 30 days before the wedding
Service packages are non-transferable

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 6+ months before: 50% deposit refunded
Cancellations 3-6 months before: 25% deposit refunded
Cancellations under 3 months: No refund available
Date changes subject to availability and admin fee

Our Responsibilities

Professional planning services as outlined in your package
Confidential handling of all wedding details
Supplier coordination and management
Timeline creation and management
Emergency contingency planning

Client Responsibilities

Timely communication and decision-making
Prompt payment of supplier deposits
Accurate guest list management
Attendance at scheduled meetings
Final decisions on all wedding elements

Liability

While we exercise due care in all planning aspects:

We recommend comprehensive wedding insurance
We are not liable for supplier performance
Force majeure clause applies to unforeseen circumstances
Property damage liability rests with responsible parties

Intellectual Property

We retain rights to all planning documents
Photo usage rights for portfolio with your permission
Design concepts remain our intellectual property
Credit must be given for design work if published
